Hiring Process
This is our standard process; however, the hiring steps may differ by role to ensure we choose candidates who will thrive as our requirements.
Application
You submit a formal application for a job opening, giving us a sense of your communication style. If your application advances, we’ll invite you to complete a criteria assessment designed to evaluate the specific skills and competencies we’re looking for in this role.
Interview
One of the first steps in the application process is a Phone interview. While some roles start with a written interview at our office, so we will call you for a face to face interview to get you know better.
Trial
Our some jobs involve a trial in the application process, which is a live and real role. This will be assessed by our hiring teams or our client.
Final Process
Once a candidate successfully completes their training shift — required a final interview. Typically conducted by one of the management.
The Offer
Our HR will share a formal offer to join Pentastar — one that takes account of your expectations, interview feedback, work experience, and trial performance. Welcome aboard!
